Expansion of Tilney Bestinvest’s London Financial Planning team continues

Leon Buckley joins the firm as Director, Financial Planning

Tilney Bestinvest, the investment and financial planning group, is pleased to announce that Leon Buckley has joined the firm as Director, Financial Planning. Leon will be based in the firm’s London office in Mayfair and will report into Tim Stalkartt, Managing Director, Financial Planning.

A Chartered Financial Planner, Leon has fourteen years’ advisory experience. He joins Tilney Bestinvest from FF&P Wealth Planning where he had worked since 2010. At FF&P Wealth Planning, Leon’s role involved working with HNW clients, including advising Partners of top tier legal and accountancy practices and entrepreneurs. Previously, Leon spent three years as an IFA at Cavanagh Financial Management working predominantly in the legal and media sectors.

At Tilney Bestinvest, Leon’s role will focus on developing connections with partners of professional firms. His appointment will also expand the capability of the firm’s London financial planning practice which operates on a ‘two experts’ system – matching a financial planner and investment manager in order to provide a superior outcome for clients.
