Oaklins Evelyn Partners has announced the appointment of Mark Brockway as a Corporate Finance Partner in the firm’s London office.  

 

The hire builds upon the growth in the Oaklins Evelyn Partners business over the last three years, which has seen the Corporate Finance team double, with further substantial growth planned.  

  

Mark joins Oaklins Evelyn Partners from Cooper Parry Corporate Finance where he spent two years as a Partner. Previously he worked in EY’s Corporate Finance team for more than 16 years, latterly Head of London Mid-Market M&A.  He focuses on the tech-enabled services sector and has considerable experience of transactions with Private Equity investors. 

 

Oaklins Evelyn Partners’ team of highly experienced professionals help clients across the full spectrum of mid-market projects including M&A, debt and equity fund raisings and strategic advice.
